Parking
Everyone driving to Ignite should park through SpotHero. It keeps costs down and guarantees you a spot downtown.

Book in advance
Reserve your spot ahead of time — downtown garages fill up and prices climb the closer you book to the date.

Use a recommended garage
We highly encouraged you to book one of the garages listed below. This applies to everyone driving in — whether you are traveling in for Ignite and staying at the hotel, or you are an Indy local driving downtown each day.

- 1 S Capitol Ave (Hyatt Regency/PNC Garage)
- 10 S Capitol Ave (0.4 miles, 3 minute walk)
- 48 W Maryland St (0.2 miles, 4 minute walk)
- 50 W Washington St (0.5 mile, 4 minute walk)
- 25 N Illinois St (0.2 mile, 5 minute walk)
- 284 W Washington St (0.1 mile, 3 minute walk)
- 109 S Capitol Ave (0.2 mile, 3 minute walk)
Parking reimbursement
Each Indy based employee receives $70 for parking for the two days. The $70 will be frontloaded to your paycheck the Friday before Ignite. For those driving in from out of town, parking is included with your per diem.
Uber vouchers
Travelers
Three (3) vouchers
All travelers (besides drivers) receive three (3) Uber vouchers for the week. Two are meant for your ride from the airport to the hotel and back, and the third is an extra to have on hand for the week. If you need to schedule a ride due to an early flight/remote area, please send the receipt to reimburseme@teamncw.com to receive reimbursement the week after Ignite. Vouchers are sent the Friday before Ignite.
Indy-based
Two (2) vouchers
Indy-based employees receive two (2) Uber vouchers to get to the holiday party and back. Vouchers are sent the Wednesday before the holiday party (Thursday).
Please note: the vouchers can only be used in Indianapolis. This is set that way on purpose. You can either use your per diem to park at the airport, or we recommend finding a ride to the airport :) P.S.: Uber vouchers cannot schedule rides ahead of time.
